Directions:
The tincture is a liquid which is administered three times a day under the tongue. Once under the tongue it must be held there for at least two minutes to be absorbed, after which it is swallowed. Each dropper bottle contains one ounce of tincture, the dropper holds 30 drops when full, recommended dosage is 15 drops (1/2 dropper) per time.
Saturation Period:
In order to get the best results from the tincture, it is advised for the first week you saturate your system with the tincture. To do this you should take a full dropper, 30 drops 4 to 6 times a day. The following week you can reduce to 15 drops 3 times per day.
What to Expect:
